Geoclima, an Italian company that manufactures air- and water-cooled chillers, established in 1994 by the founder and CEO, Ing. Paolo Ferraris has sales offices in Italy, Spain, Great Britain, Australia and the USA and production sites in Italy and Thailand and sales of about MEUR 40.1 for FY 2023.

Munters Group AB is a global leader in energy-efficient air treatment and climate control (HVAC). Founded in Sweden in 1955 and listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. The acquisition of Geoclima is a key part of Munter's strategy to expand into new markets. Munters gains access to Geoclima chiller technology, which plays a critical to offer Data Center cooling solutions.
