Successful sale of a leading vulcanized fiber manufacturer 

The long-established company, Vulkanfiberfabrik Ernst Krüger, Geldern, a pioneer in the production of environmentally friendly vulcanized fibre, was successfully sold in Dec. 2024 as part of a structured company succession process.

The increasing demand for sustainable alternatives to plastics and the growing end markets, particularly in the electrical and textile machinery industries, underlines the company's prospects. The new owner from the supplier group is taking over an innovative and established company with great potential.
