Sescom acquires the British company PCB Technical Solutions Limited

Sescom S.A., a Polish company specializing in Technical Facility Management (TFM) for the retail sector, acquired 100% of the shares in PCB Technical Solutions Limited, a UK-based firm, in April 2023.

This strategic acquisition aimed to expand Sescom's operational capabilities in the UK, aligning with their "Wise Futurist" strategy to become the preferred TFM provider in major European markets.

PCB Technical Solutions, with over a decade of experience, offers services in technical maintenance of commercial and industrial facilities and implements installation projects for the retail industry across the UK.

By integrating PCB's expertise, Sescom planned to enhance its service portfolio in the UK, adding energy management and facility asset management services, thereby strengthening its position in the European TFM market.
