Quest Holdings, increases its participation (up to 90%), in the share capital of Intelli Solutions

Quest Holdings S.A. announces the increase of its participation, in the share capital of Intelli Solutions, through its 100% subsidiary company Uni Systems MAE,.

In the context of the June 27, 2024 agreement, Uni Systems acquired an additional 30% of Intelli Solutions share capital, reaching a 90% stake in the company's share capital. The consideration for the acquisition of the additional 30% amounts to €4,8 mil., while the total investment in Intelli has reached €10 mil.

Intelli Solutions is an innovative software services company, with more than 15 years successful history in the market, many distinctions and a footprint both in Greece and SE Europe. It is specialized in digital transformation services, emphasizing on Customer Engagement, Customer Onboarding and Retention and Revenue Assurance. The company has a broad clientele in Telecom, Banking and Insurance sectors, Shipping, Utilities and Online Betting.
