Mistertemp announces the acquisition of Meditempus, a leading Spanish temporary employment company headquartered in Barcelona. 

Meditempus, with a strong market presence across Catalonia, Madrid, and Zaragoza, operates through 15 local agencies and has achieved an annual turnover of €50 million in 2023. This transaction supports Meditempus’ continued expansion and accelerates its growth by leveraging Mistertemp’s innovative digital model.

Mistertemp' group, headquartered in France, is a leader in recruitment services with operations in France, Canada, and Italy. The acquisition of Meditempus marks Mistertemp’s entry into the Spanish market, reinforcing its ambition to become a European leader in the recruitment sector and targeting revenues of over €500 million by the end of 2024.

This strategic transaction positions Meditempus and Mistertemp to enhance their offerings, create significant synergies, and strengthen their foothold in the Spanish and European recruitment markets.
