LinkersLinkersParis, France, one of our French Partners,  advised the shareholders of Florence Doré, a well-established French agency specialising in premium corporate and event welcome services, on its sale to Groupe RAS, a national human-resources services network with a broad footprint in temporary staffing and talent solutions across France.

Founded in 1966 by Florence Doré, the company is recognised as a pioneer in professional hostess and welcome services for major corporate events and high-profile occasions.

Over the years, it expanded its services to include premium corporate reception and office welcome solutions, earning a strong reputation with grands comptes and luxury sector clients.

Prior to the transaction, Florence Doré reported approximately €25 million in revenue and a solid market position in both event-driven and ongoing corporate welcome services.

Groupe RAS

Groupe RAS is a French human-resources group and interim staffing provider, with a network of around 200 agencies nationwide, serving more than 7,000 corporate clients.

The group has c. 1,000 employees and generated around €550 million in revenue across its services (including interim staffing and HR solutions) in recent years.

Strategic Rationale

The acquisition enhances Groupe RAS’s service portfolio by adding premium corporate and event welcome services, creating a differentiated offering combining HR solutions and specialised event support.

It also strengthens operational and commercial synergies, such as rapid access to qualified personnel for hospitality services during peak event periods and a broader combined client base.
