Aeternus assists Pocos in its sale to the French Sewan Groupe

Service provider Pocos and the French Sewan Groupe are joining forces. With previous acquisitions in Spain, Belgium, and Germany, Sewan Groupe takes another step in its international expansion by acquiring Pocos.

Pocos, a connectivity and telecom service provider based in Son, will become Sewan Groupe's Dutch entity. Sewan Groupe aims to offer seamless telecom services across Europe and has a focused acquisition strategy for European expansion.

With previous acquisitions in Spain, Belgium, and Germany, Pocos aligns perfectly with Sewan Groupe's growth and European expansion strategy. Pocos' infrastructure and personnel will gradually integrate into Sewan's European group, creating synergies with other entities, especially in neighboring countries like Germany and Belgium.
