Acture Group in the Netherlands acquired Evermood in Germany

ACTIVE M&A Experts, one of our Partners in Germany,  exclusively advised the Dutch Acture Group, with the support of our Partner in the Netherlands, Aeternus,AeternusAmsterdam, Netherlands on its first step into the German market with the acquisition of Evermood to geographically expand its portfolio of employee assistance programmes including prevention, case management and reintegration of employees.
