This transaction allows ORAZIO to continue its development and VERRISSIMA to establish itself in the south-west Based in Pont du Casse (47), ETS ORAZIO is a family mirror factory with more than 45 years of experience in glass processing. It was founded by the father of the current leader Jean-François ORAZIO. Its very wide offer meets the expectations of a wide variety of trades: manufacturers of cupboards, partitions, mirrors, carpenters, kitchen designers, etc.

It achieves a turnover of 5 million euros, with continued excellent profitability thanks in particular to:

an extremely qualified and experienced team which supports its clients from the design of the project to the installation of glass products, including factory manufacture;
a high-performance cutting-edge production tool that allows it to produce high-quality glass products, such as furniture, partitions, mirrors, doors, kitchen splashbacks, railings, etc. ;
a diversification made several years ago in decorative glass, and the acquired mastery of specific techniques such as digital printing, fusing or sandblasting of glass.

The VERRISSIMA group, a small family group with a turnover of 18 million euros, based in Goetzenbrück (57) and exercising the same activity, was chosen to take over ORAZIO. VERRISSIMA shares the same values of quality and human management, an essential condition for Jean-François ORAZIO. Samuel METZ, one of the shareholders of the VERRISSSIMA group, moves to Agen with his family to run the company. The operation was completed under the conditions desired by the transferor thanks to the support of MBA Capital Bordeaux, which identified the potential buyers, set up the competitive transfer process in order to find the buyer sharing the values of the seller and likely to offer the required financial conditions.
